Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, J’S Communication Nig Ltd grants you a:

• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Revocable license

To use the plugin for personal or commercial purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
• Share license keys
• Reverse engineer or copy the code
• Use the product to create competing products

3. License Activation

• A valid license key may be required
• Activation is limited based on your plan
• Exceeding limits may result in suspension

4. Updates & Support

Active license holders receive:

• Product updates
• Security patches
• Technical support

Expired licenses:

• Continue to function (optional based on your model)
• Lose updates and support

5. AI Feature Usage 

For plugins with AI capabilities:

• You are responsible for content submitted (images, data)
• You agree not to upload illegal or harmful content
• AI results are provided “as is” without accuracy guarantees

6. Ownership

The software remains the property of J’S Communication Nig Ltd.

You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership.

7. Termination

This license will terminate if:

• You violate any terms
• You misuse the software

Upon termination:

• You must stop using the product
• Delete all copies

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Revenue loss
• Business interruption
• AI inaccuracies

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of:
